Horse and Livestock Services-
Horse Sitting:
30-45 minute visit includes the following services for to 3 horses: feeding, stall cleaning,
water, and check general health of the horse, I will also bring in mail and garbage. The two
visit fee includes the above plus morning turnout and evening stalling with blanket removal/
replacement if requested.
1- 3 horses once a day $25.00

Lunging/ Round Penning:
Includes brush out and lunging 30-40 minutes
Each horse with out sitting $20.00

Personal Show Assistant:
I will cater to your every equestrian need; from getting the horse ready to shining up tack and
cleaning the stall.
One Day (up to 8 hour day) $65.00
Two Days (up to 16 hour) $120.00
Three Days (up to 24 hours) $160.00
Spring Shed-Out Service:
Shed out brushing includes 30-45 minutes as tolerated of curry & comb out of shedding coat
and
clean up of hair/ brushes. Price is per horse.

Appointments:
Farm calls Veterinary and Shoeing: Includes arrival 15 minutes before scheduled
appointment, catching horse, holding for appointments, and horse/horses returned to
stall/pasture. (Services requested and payment arrangement for veterinarian or horse shoer
must be made in advance with the provider and a phone number to reach you available);

Barn Services:
Stall cleaning/ Spring cleaning- dust cobwebs, sweep, wash concrete, other.

Puppy Potty breaks-between 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. as schedule allows.
Approximately 15 minute visit for outside potty break and playtime $12.00
All Sitting visits include approximately 30-45 minutes of feeding/ playtime/ waste clean-up/
and check general health for up to 3 dogs.

Cats:
Includes feeding /playtime/ petting/ and litter box cleaning for up to 3 cats.

Home Services
Own a house or summer home? I can check on it after a storm, or random weekly checks.
Includes 10-15 min walk through, in, and around property to inspect for damage and send
you an e-mail report. If damage is found and you need repairs I can attend to the house while
the work is being done (for additional fee). Payment and Authorization arrangements to
service provider MUST be made ahead of time.
Home only check per visit $15.00
Monthly rate 4-5 visits $50.00
Minor debris clean up **$35.00

Other things you need to know:
Payment by Check/Cash preferred. Major credit cards accepted for larger amounts through
PayPal e-mail invoicing.
A deposit is required to guarantee reservations during Holidays with the remainder of
balance due upon key return for sitting services. Payment for other services are due at time
of service or weekly for continual services.
There will be an additional $15.00 charge on services on the following holidays. Memorial
Day, Labor Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day.
For the safety of all- animals that are known or deemed to be a danger to themselves or
humans will not be tolerated and may be refused for services.
Up to 30 minute initial interview with you and your animals, key pick up and drop off, and tour
of your facilities are included at no additional charge.
Bookings out of the Stanwood/ North Camano/Arlington/South Mount Vernon/Conway area
will be an additional .50 a mile for each mile over 20 from my home in Conway. Fee may be
reduced or waived if I have multiple clients during the same time frame within a 3 mile radius.
**Price per hour will be prorated in a minimum of 15 minute increments
